Specializing in hard clams and oysters, we offer products of exceptional quality and freshness. One of the benefits of aquaculture, or the farm raising of fish and shellfish, is consistent supply and pricing that enables our customers to promote these products through advertisement or as menu specials.

We have recently added farm raised tilapia to our product line. Tilapia, a delicate, mild-flavored fish, has become increasingly popular in the U.S. and is now being produced on a commercial scale in New Jersey. We are marketing the fish in several forms, and have a live-haul capability for customers looking for a local source of live fish.
