Seaburst Farms is the Company's food marketing division, engaged in the sales and distribution of fresh produce and farm raised seafood.

Seaburst Farms distributes a full line of fresh produce to retail and food service customers in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. The Company specializes in locally grown Jersey Fresh products.

The Company also markets farm raised littleneck clams and Cape May salt oysters under the SEABURST^® brand. These shellfish products, grown utilizing advanced aquaculture techniques, offer customers seafood products with superior flavor and freshness.

In early 2005, New Jersey farm raised tilapia will be available

in several forms including whole iced fish, dressed or filleted product, and live fish for specialty markets.
