Seaburst Aquaculture Systems has initiated programs for the breeding of several species of tropical ornamental fish and the commercial production of these fish utilizing advanced aquaculture techniques.

The Company has begun research and development programs to evaluate breeding potential and large scale commercial production in enclosed recirculating culture systems. Early results indicate the approach will be successful in producing fast growing, high quality fish with a cost competitive with that of imported and pond raised fish.

The Company is currently producing angelfish for direct sale to pet stores. Initial customer response has been favorable, with high ratings for quality and health of the fish.

The Company also markets ornamental aquatic plants for use in ponds and water gardens. A program for the production of these plants was initiated in 2004.
